Welcome back to the blog readers. The Boys is firing on all cylinders so far, and the first three episodes are giving me everything I could have hoped for in a series like this. Great writing, a great baseline story, and amazing, complex characters all bundled together by fantastic performances all around. As we get to the halfway point of this season, what surprises do we have in store, especially in this episode, titled "The Female of the Species," written by Craig Rosenberg, and directed by Fred Troye?
